u-blox F9P RTK survey, controlled from any browser on the site network.
A single GPS is accurate to a few metres. Two GPS units working together
as RTK - one fixed, one carried around - are accurate to a couple of
centimetres. That's what this page runs:
Base
Plug this receiver in at the GCS and leave it there. It works out its
own position very precisely, then broadcasts a correction feed over
the network. You configure it once per survey session and don't move it.
Rover
This is the receiver you carry to each point you're surveying (the
site origin, then each pole). It listens to the base's corrections and,
once locked, gives you a centimetre-accurate reading of wherever it
currently is.
Backend server
This page can be opened from anywhere, but it needs the address of the machine actually wired to your GPS receivers (your site laptop, or a tunnel URL to it).

Ports
Both receivers should show up here once plugged in.

idle
1. Base - stays at the GCS
Start this first. Leave it running for the whole survey.
Needs open sky. "meanAcc" should shrink over 1-2 minutes; once status says "broadcasting", it's ready and the rover can use it.

2. Rover - survey a point
Carry this receiver to the spot you're recording, then run this. Survey "origin" first.
Survey "origin" first - its result auto-fills the fields below, so every point after that gets its east/north/up offset computed automatically.

Rover - live monitor (optional)
Advanced: watch the rover's raw fix without recording a point. Useful to confirm RTK FIXED before running a survey above - starting a survey on this same port stops this monitor automatically, no need to stop it by hand first.
